My favorite part on the story of Beowulf is this ,
So the living sorrow of healfdane;s son simmered, bitter and fresh and no wisdom or stength could break it: that agony hung on king and people alike, harsh and unending violent and cruel , and evil.
The maind idea is that Hrothgar is depressed
- Sarrow bitter
- Wisdom or stregthcant break sorrow
- Harsh agony
